What we can't help with

We are not a booking agent and have no connection to any reservation system. We cannot check availability, hold a room, change a date, process a payment or resolve a dispute with a hotel. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the property directly.

Response times

Most messages get a reply within a few working days. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
